I have been a part of FitSpirit for several years and have seen the importance of instilling the need to have an “active attitude” in young women. My daughters have always supported and encouraged my involvement in this organization and program, seeing the joy, energy and positive spirit that surrounds their ideals. This has given us an opportunity to complete a goal together, sharing laughs, spending time and encouraging a continuing drive to be physical in positive ways, even as we all go on to our individual lives. Thank you for this chance to be with my girls!!!
