Business Énergir
Energy to spare!
An experienced manager and strategist, Valérie practices sport regularly. Every morning, she either goes for a run, a brisk walk or a bike ride which allows her to arrive at the office energized and ready to start the day. She also has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, a sport that helps improve her posture, energy and overall well-being. Staying active helps Valérie to be more focused and productive, gain perspective and handle the little surprises that life throws her way.
Valérie will be participating in the FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Relay with her daughter, Audrey. The event will allow them to spend time together and have fun. Valérie believes that Fillactive’s various initiatives and programs make a real difference in the lives of teenage girls. Exercise is a great way to feel good about one’s mind and body which can largely help young girls feel more confident, especially in their teenage years.
Valérie has worked in the world of marketing and strategic planning for more than 20 years. In 2011, she joined Énergir as head of the marketing team. She oversees the company’s positioning and evolution. Before joining Énergir, Valérie was General Manager of Cosette’s Strategic Planning Group for more than 11 years. Previous to that, she worked for various companies in the technology sector.
