Eight weeks of training
From Sunday, June 21, to Friday, August 14, 2020
- The training sessions will be prepared by The Running Clinic.
- There will be two training levels available: beginner and intermediate/advanced.
- The content for the eight-week training program will be accessible in full starting on Sunday June 21.
- As a reminder, the weekly content for the training program will be posted every Sunday on the private Facebook group of the FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Relay.
- A 30-minute live training session (a strength training workout from The Running Clinic) will be held every Tuesday at noon on our private FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Relay Facebook group.
