This year, the FitSpirit Mother/Daughter Relay has been converted into a virtual Relay. Each mother-daughter duo / trio (s) is invited to take up the challenge of running, running or walking, a total of 20 km on August 15 and 16, 2020.

The duos/trios of mothers and daughters will have access to an eight-week training program mounted by professionals in addition to a few videos of strength training exercises broadcast live, but also available anytime after their broadcast.
From Saturday, August 15, 8:30 a.m. to Sunday, August 16, 4:00 p.m.
In mother-daughter duos or trios, take on the challenge of running or walking 20 kilometres* total over the course of two days.* Each mother-daughter team is responsible for creating their own run segments totalling 20 kilometres over the course of two days.
